April 29, 2020 – WDBJ7 – Roanoke City and Roanoke County police chiefs are seeing a rise in overdoses. Help and hope is available at Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare (BRBH). BRBH is open for services. Most services are available by telehealth, and in-person visits are also available if telehealth is not an option.
