BRBH provides a referral bonus
program to encourage employees to refer qualified candidates for employment.
The agency will pay an employee a $500 referral bonus if a referred
candidate is hired into a full-time or part-time position, provided the new
hire remains successfully employed through the first six months of their
provisionary period. The referral bonus is subject to all applicable taxes.

If you need access to a computer or need assistance with completing the electronic application, a workstation is available at 301 Elm Ave in Roanoke between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Background Checks
Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare will
conduct background checks with the applicant's authorization. Any offer
of employment is contingent upon satisfactory background checks that are
conducted through The Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry of the
Virginia Department of Social Services and other social services
departments, the Virginia State Police or the state police of the
applicant's former state(s) of residence, and the Central Criminal
Records Exchange of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
